How to actually choose

Trial three tools for a week each on real work, not toy benchmarks. Track three things: completion accept rate, agent edit revert rate, and how often you alt-tab to ChatGPT or Claude.ai for help that should have come from the assistant. The winner is usually obvious by week three. The biggest mistake is locking in based on a marketing page or a benchmark; coding assistants are extremely workflow-dependent.
