What exactly do I get for $12,000?+
In 14 days: an AI assistant that answers questions from your own company documents (policies, catalogue, help docs, past tickets). Every answer shows which document it came from. If the answer is not in your documents, it says so and passes the conversation to a person. Before it goes live, we test it on 50 to 100 real questions from your business and you see the results. It runs in your accounts and the code is yours.
How is pricing structured?+
Every price is fixed and published right here. A one-week check that your documents can support a good assistant: $1,500 to $2,500, and it counts toward the pilot. The pilot itself: $12,000. Each extra system after that (lead sorting, quoting, document processing): $8,000 to $20,000. Keeping it sharp month to month: from $750. The classic 14-day MVP sprint for startup founders is $6,500.
Where does our data live?+
In your accounts, not mine. The system runs in your cloud, your documents stay where they are, and the AI provider is one you approve, on business terms that stop them training on your data. We sign an NDA before I see anything sensitive.
How do you stop it from making things up?+
The assistant is only allowed to answer using text it actually found in your documents, and it shows you which document each answer came from. If it cannot find the answer, it says so and hands over to a person instead of guessing. Before launch we test it on real questions from your business, and you get the scores.
Who owns everything after delivery?+
You do. The code lives in your accounts from day one, with documentation good enough that any developer can take over. There is no monthly platform fee and nothing that stops working if we part ways.
Can we still book a classic MVP sprint?+
Yes. The 14-day MVP sprint that built this studio is still available for startup founders at $6,500 fixed: a working product with sign-in, payments, and one core flow, deployed and handed over.
What happens after launch?+
Most clients keep me on the care plan: I watch performance and costs, re-test the assistant whenever the AI models update, and sync in new documents as your business changes. Others take it fully in-house, which the handover is designed for. Both are fine.

I'm Dhruv - I build AI systems on companies' own knowledge, plus SaaS and mobile products. I'm the founder of Citelix (citelix.com), a Shopify app that shows stores why AI tools like ChatGPT can't see them and how to fix it, and an engineer on Kleo 3.0 (kleo.so), an AI-powered LinkedIn content platform. I spent four years at the BBC shipping election dashboards to millions of users, then partnered with the United Nations, OCCRP, and 20+ startups to design and ship products end-to-end. Today I specialize in AI-powered products: LLM integrations, intelligent agents, RAG pipelines, and the full-stack infrastructure around them.
