What exactly do I get for $5,000?+
One repetitive process, removed. Projects start at $5,000 and the price is fixed before I start. We scope the problem together, I design the system, build it, connect it to the tools you already use, test it on real work, and put it into production. You get the built, tested, deployed system and its documentation, not a strategy deck. Larger systems that span several workflows are scoped and quoted after we've looked at the work.
I don't know what to automate. Is that a problem?+
No. That's the job. You show me how the work actually gets done and I find the repetitive processes worth removing. If I don't find anything worth building, I'll tell you.
Is 14 days realistic?+
Yes, because the scope is one problem, one system. The first days go on understanding the work and designing the system, the rest on building, connecting, and testing it. Bigger systems are broken into 14-day builds.
Who owns the system after delivery?+
You do. It runs in your accounts from day one, with documentation good enough that any developer can take over. Nothing stops working if we part ways.
Where does our data live?+
In your accounts, not mine. Any AI provider is one you approve, on business terms that stop them training on your data. We sign an NDA before I see anything sensitive.
