Built for Home Service Businesses

HVAC Companies

HVAC answering service and AI receptionist for HVAC.

Plumbers

Plumbing answering service and lead management.

Electricians

Electrician answering service and inquiry routing.

General Contractors

Missed-call text back and lead follow-up automation.

The cost of missed calls

When your technicians are on-site and your office is busy, new inquiries can go unanswered. Slow follow-ups make it easier for potential customers to contact another contractor.

PROBLEM 01

Missed calls

Potential customers cannot reach your team.

PROBLEM 02

Delayed responses

Leads lose interest while waiting.

PROBLEM 03

Scattered lead details

Customer requests get lost across calls and messages.

PROBLEM 04

Inconsistent follow-ups

Your team has no reliable process for every inquiry.

What can we automate for your business?

Each task below can run on its own or connect into one system, from the first ring to the five-star review.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?+
Projects start at $5,000 at a fixed price agreed before any work begins. Answering and booking on their own sit near the starting price. Adding quote follow-ups and review requests adds to the scope. Bigger systems that connect several workflows are scoped and quoted after we look at how your business runs. AI and software usage is billed by the providers directly to your accounts, so you see exactly what you pay. Optional ongoing support is $750 a month.
How is this different from an AI receptionist subscription?+
Subscription answering tools are a good fit if you only need calls picked up and messages taken. We build for what comes after the call: your rules for which jobs you take, your service area, booking into the software you already run, and follow-ups that keep going after the caller hangs up. You own the system, so there is no per-call markup from us. If a subscription tool would do the job, we will tell you on the first call.
Will the AI sound robotic to my customers?+
Modern voice AI handles natural back-and-forth conversation, and we tune the greeting, voice, and script to your business. It hands the call to a person whenever the caller asks for one or the situation needs it.
What happens with emergency calls?+
You decide what counts as an emergency, such as no heat in winter, a burst pipe, or a burning smell. Those calls skip the normal booking flow and go straight to your on-call technician by call or text, with the details already captured.
Which software does it work with?+
We connect to the tools you already use wherever they allow it, including field service software such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan, Google or Outlook calendars, and your CRM. If a tool has no integration option, we agree a fallback during scoping, such as email or a shared sheet.
Can I keep my current phone number?+
Yes. Your calls forward to the system when nobody picks up, after hours, or all the time, depending on what you choose. Your number stays the same.
How long until it is live?+
Most systems go live within 14 days of the scoping call. The first days go on your call flows and rules, then the build and testing, and we refine it in the weeks after launch based on real calls.
